Personal Data Processing
On 27 April 2016, the General Regulation on the protection of personal data, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC, abbreviated ONOOÚ or GDPR. This regulation is valid on 27 April 2016 for all Member States and effective from 25 May 2018. The objective is to protect the personal data of the entities, i.e. identified or identifiable persons whose personal data are obtained and processed by controller or processor.
The controller, Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o., Limuzská 3135/12, Strašnice, 100 00 Praha 10, Identification No. 27892077, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, file insert 124711 C fulfils the obligation to process personal data in accordance with this Regulation.
