Dear Business Partners,
Have you encountered any actions in conflict with RWE's interests – i.e., unethical or unlawful conduct within our company, infractions of the RWE Code of Conduct, or other situations or actions which you found to be at odds with the law or with internal rules and regulations at our company, and/or directly jeopardizing the interests of our company, such as fraud, violations of work safety and health protection rules, discrimination, or corruption? Please confide in us!
The Fraud Prevention Program running in the company since 2008 has been extended to the RWE Incorrect Conduct Prevention Program since November 2011. This program is the responsibility of an Internal Audit Officer together with the Compliance Officer.
We understand unfair conduct against RWE's interests more broadly than before, as unethical or illegal conduct occurring in RWE Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o., violation of the Code of Conduct or other situations or conduct that the notifying person finds in conflict with legal regulations, RWE's internal regulations Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o. and / or directly endangering the interests of RWE Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o. Such conduct may include fraud, breaches of safety and health at work, discrimination and corruption.
We expect you to respect and observe the principles embodied by the Code of Conduct.
Part of the program for the prevention of misconduct is the possibility to contact the Compliance Officer or the Green Line in case you suspect conduct that is, in your opinion, unethical or associated with wrongdoing, fraud or corruption.
The green line is managed by DENEŠ & SALAMON, advokátní kancelář. The main reason for choosing an external law firm is the possibility of ensuring the anonymity of the whistleblower towards RWE Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o. You can contact a Green Line representative in case of any of the above suspicions, both in person and by telephone, e-mail or post. Contact persons can be found in the Green Line Guide.
