Who can apply for the grant?

RWE Gas Storage has created its own grant programme with the aim to co-ordinate the existing activities supporting the region and municipality development in those areas where it operates.

Support provided to regions promotes a healthy growth of civil society and good neighbourly relations. By doing this RWE Gas Storage has committed itself to the concept of corporate responsibility also in the social field.

Under the grant programme, RWE Gas Storage has committed itself to annually distribute the total amount of up to 5 million CZK. The highest amount to be provided to one applicant is 500 000 CZK, the lowest amount is 10 000 CZK. Financial support can be provided to projects in any field. However, those projects that focus on the development of areas adjacent to RWE Gas Storage operations have an advantage over other projects in the evaluation. Activities focusing on young people and families with children are supported primarily.
