Non-discrimation Compliance Program

RWE Gas Storage has adopted a new Compliance Program to ensure equal and non-discriminatory position of all gas market participants who use or would like to use the Company’s services. The Compliance Program further elaborates and replaces the existing Program of Measures with regard to new statutory obligations of Storage System Operators as required by the 3rd Energy Package.

The Compliance Program is a set of measures ensuring the elimination of the discriminatory behaviour of the gas storage operator towards other gas market participants who are not part of the same Vertically Integrated Gas Undertaking. At the same time, the Compliance Program defines the rights and obligations of the Company’s employees as well as rules concerning the implementation and verification of compliance with the Program.
